Bulls Eye Recruitment Inc. (“Bulls Eye”) takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes the practices Bulls Eye employs with regards to the collection, use and transfer of personal information collected through our website, and through other interactions with our clients and candidates, potential clients and candidates and any other individual or commercial entity we may interact with in the course of conducting our business. Submitting your information through this site constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in this policy. Our policy may be updated from time to time, and usage of the site to submit your information constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in the policy at the time of your submission.

Collection of Personal Information

The nature of our business necessitates the collection and maintenance of personal information of candidates, their references, our clients and potential clients and other business contacts. Candidate Information: Collection, Use and Disclosure Bulls Eye collects the personal information voluntarily provided by visitors to our site through the “Contact Form” and “Submit Your Resume” options, as well as information voluntarily provided via email, postal mail, and personal and/or telephone interviews. For example, information provided by you may include name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, resume information and references. We may also collect information obtained through reference checks, verification of credentials, and other due diligence measures necessitated by our process of evaluating candidates for potential representation and/or consideration for career opportunities. We ask that you do not provide sensitive information such as your Social Insurance Number or date of birth. To the extent that such information is included in your resume, it will be retained with your resume. Information provided by candidates and collected in our evaluation and verification process may be used to: 1. Identify career opportunities that may be suitable for the candidate, and to contact the candidate regarding such opportunities. 2. To provide information to prospective employers who have engaged Bulls Eye in their hiring process, and to reference sources as deemed necessary in the collection of reference information. These steps will only be taken upon receiving the candidates consent to do so. 3. Solicit the names and contact information of other potential candidates, in connection with a search we are conducting. 4. Update your data to ensure our records are current. 5. Respond to your inquiries. Client Information: Collection, Use and Disclosure We collect personal information pertaining to our clients, including business contact information, and retain and use such information in providing recruitment services. We may utilize your information as necessary to: 1. Contact you from time to time regarding your hiring needs and how we may be able to serve you in your hiring process. 2. Respond to your inquiries. 3. Prepare and provide engagement letters. 4. Provide recruitment services. 5. Complete financial transactions (for example, invoicing for recruitment services) or as needed for other internal administrative purposes. 6. Distribute information regarding our services, from time to time. 7. Update your data to ensure our records are current.

Disclosure to Service Providers and Others

Bulls Eye works with third parties who provide services that may include, but are not limited to, website hosting, IT consulting and software provision, accounting and legal services, and backup and security services. As part of providing their services, some of these third parties may from time to time have access to personal information. If necessary, Bulls Eye may also disclose personal information in order to: 1. Comply with applicable laws. 2. Respond to inquiries or requests from public or government authorities. 3. Comply with valid legal process. 4. Protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of Bulls Eye, site visitors or the public. 5. Permit us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain. 6. Respond to an emergency. We cannot and do not assume responsibility for the actions or omissions of any third parties, clients or candidates, including the manner in which they use personal information received either from Bulls Eye or from an independent source.

Tracking Data

Monitoring of visitor traffic to the Bulls Eye website is limited to volume, referring sites, search parameters, pages viewed and the city and country in which the visitor is located. Bulls Eye does not collect any personal data of site visitors (other than if they elect to submit their information), nor does it utilize “cookies” or other such technologies.

Security

Bulls Eye strives to protect your personal information, and to that end, has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the personal information it collects. Unfortunately, no security system for transmitting information over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure; Bulls Eye therefore cannot guarantee that personal information transmitted between your computer and ours will be 100% secure. Please do not send highly sensitive information using the Internet. Bulls Eye utilizes a third party software provider for data storage and management, which will be disclosed on this site only as “the Provider”. The privacy policy of “the Provider” is as follows: “The Provider” has implemented a secure, high-availability, hosted recruiting software solution residing on quality equipment owned and managed exclusively by “the Provider”. “The Provider’s” equipment used to host the licensees’ data will reside in a secure, monitored network co – location facility provided by a reputable network provider in accordance with industry standards.” “Except as set out below, “The Provider” may not disclose, use, or distribute any of the contents of the licensees’ data folder or any copies of the same data without the prior written consent of the licensee. Furthermore, “the Provider” will not disclose any of the licensee’s confidential or proprietary information after the termination of this license agreement or until the information is no longer confidential or proprietary and is in the public domain. Only trusted employees of “the Provider” will have access to the licensee’s data to perform routine maintenance and disaster prevention. “The Provider” will maintain the security of the data at all times using appropriate security methods such as fire walling, password protection and the physical security of the server housing the licensees’ data. “The Provider” agrees to cooperate with all reasonable information requests and confirmation of procedures as they affect the security and privacy of confidential information provided by the licensee and maintained by “the Provider”. “The Provider” shall be entitled to disclose the licensee’ data if it is compelled to do so by court order or other similar legal process. However, “the Provider” in all such cases shall notify the license as soon as practicable after receipt of the court order with a view to giving the licensee time to dispute the order prior to the disclosure being made by “the Provider”.”
